Digital Meetings

Grand offers biocentric lighting by BrainLit to boost energy, along with high-quality sound from Bose and crystal-clear video walls to ensure everyone stays informed. Larger meeting rooms feature built-in audio systems with microphones, and portable speakers are available when needed. Several rooms also have newly installed soundproof doors.

The Piraten foyer is equipped for dance events, including a DJ booth and disco lights. For filming or streaming in the Piraten Hall, two Axis cameras are available, and we can quickly provide a private Vimeo link for your event. You can manage the tech yourself or work with our trusted partner, Evenemangsteknik.

Conference

Goda Möten – "Good Meetings" – is our promise when you book a conference at Grand. We put great care into the food, from conference snacks to seasonal menus made with local ingredients.

Full-day conferences include luxurious morning and afternoon coffee breaks in the Piraten Foyer, and plated lunches served under crystal chandeliers. Our coffee is locally roasted by Lilla Kafferosteriet. We offer a range of menu options – from mingling snacks to multi-course dinners, or our classic shrimp sandwich.

Whether you dine in our restaurant, banquet hall, or private room, we tailor everything to your needs. We also offer food and beverage activities like cocktail classes, cooking workshops, dessert making, and wine tastings – or simply a pre-dinner drink in our famous wine cellar.
