New Year's celebration in the Banquet hall


Welcome to a festive New Year's celebration in the Grand Hotel's banquet hall with three course meal and accompanying wine package which begins with a glass of bubbles. Commence 2023 with the best possible way with the hotel's famous breakfast buffet.

 

New Year's menu:

Turbot from Havöysund with cured lumpfish roe, fermented cream, potato confit and lovage

Spiced fried veal with beetroot from Vintrie, smoked emperor's hat, kale and blackcurrents

Raspberry parfait with chocolate truffles, champagne and marigold

Vegetarian menu:

Potato confit with dried celeriac from Wirahill, fermented cream, leeks and algae caviar

Spice glazed beetroots from Vintrie with smoked emperor's hat, Swedish borlotti beans and blackcurrents

Specify during booking should you wish the vegetarian menu (assumption is made for traditional menu otherwise) as well as any food allergies. The table is available at 7 pm.
