Gambrinus is our Lund’s bistro – always abuzz throughout the day and authentically rustic. The Grand Dining Room is a more formal restaurant – with its quiet sophistication, distinctiveness, elegance and charm. Of course, at both you can enjoy international service standards and the finest cuisine and wines.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or a spot of tea in the afternoon, being here is an experience to be shared and savoured.

During the christmas periode the opening hours and menue offer may differ. Grands Matsal's ordinary menues and opening hours will be back Monday the 14th of January 2019.

We at the Grand are fortunate in that we are located at the heart of a fertile region, with easy access to first-class raw materials. Visiting the Grand Dining Room is to encounter our local culinary culture. The food we serve is our chefs’ personal interpretation of Nordic cuisine, with definite Scanian finesse – rustic yet elegant.

In our kitchen the raw materials do the talking, so the menus vary according to the seasons. Respect for origins – the soil and the animals – is at the heart of our philosophy and well rooted in our daily work. Most of our suppliers are located within the borders of our province – Skåne.

Wines, of course, have a natural place in the Dining Room, and our sommeliers have intimate knowledge of our reputed wine cellar, where classic Grand Cru wines from France’s most famous wineries lie alongside the finest natural wines. Food and wine are meant to harmonise and we are happy to suggest wines according to menu and vice versa. We can also recommend one of our non-alcoholic wines as a perfect match for your meal.

Our classic Dining Room is the backdrop for memorable meals that have been created with complete commitment to guest enjoyment. We looking forward to welcoming you!
