Early summer buffet

Grand Deli's early summer buffet pack.

Available between the 13th of April to the 17th of June (minimum order for 15 persons, minimum 4 days prior to pick up) 

We love fresh produce that reflect the seasons and with the pre-summer feeling in the air may we present our perfect pack that is suitable for student graduation parties, garden barbeques and many more! May we present what is in season at the moment, especially the bounty fruits and vegetables that are thrive now.  

Garden salad with citrus vinaigrette

Baked cauliflower, lace and lacinato kale with herb cream and crunchy buckwheat

Sesame fried chicken breast, vermicelli, marinated mushrooms, peanuts

Grand's warm smoked salmon, radishes, herb emulsion

New potatoes, gremolata, sliced zucchini, Parmesan cheese

Yellow pea hummus
