This pack of groceries are suitable for those who love to cook! From searing protein to stirring together the creamiest risotto. Our mise en place are prepared by professional chefs from Grand's kitchen to ease your culinary journey. Available Thursdays to Saturdays from April to June.
Lamb cutlets from Appeltopet, gremolata, Lund's asparagus, new potatoes rolled in tapenade
Remove the lamb cutlets from the vacuum bag and pat them dry. Bring them to room temperature (approximately 30 minutes). Sear or grill them for a few minutes per side- Rest on a plate for 5 to 10 minutes while you prepare the accompaniments.
Fry the new potatoes until golden brown, salt and pepper them, remove from the pan and add the tapenade. Grill or fry the asparagus for a minute or two, season well.
Arrange the cutlets, asparagus on a plate. Drizzle over the gremolatan and serve alongside the new potatoes.
