The Grand Hotel’s bistro Gambrinus and its restaurant the Grand Matsal boast menus that are blessed by its bountiful surroundings.
Fresh seafood that tastes of the ocean, and game meats and vegetables from the countryside.
Gambrinus is our Lund’s bistro – always abuzz throughout the day and authentically rustic. The Grand Dining Room is a more formal restaurant – with its quiet sophistication, distinctiveness, elegance and charm. Of course, at both you can enjoy international service standards and the finest cuisine and wines.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or a spot of tea in the afternoon, being here is an experience to be shared and savoured.
At The Grand, we take pride in opening the doors to our wine cellar and wine room.
The cellar, unsurprisingly, is underground, so light a candle and accompany our sommelier on a fascinating journey into the world of fine vintages. You can choose to enjoy a quiet dinner in our wine room; take a chance with our wine lottery – you won’t be disappointed when your bottle is dusted down. Our cellar boasts fine wines from all over the world and has received the ‘Best Award for Excellence’.
Among the vintages you’ll find here is Chateau Mouton-Rothschild, Bordeaux. This particular chateau has in the past had artists such as Picasso, Miro and Chagall illustrate their labels. The collection is complete from 1945 and onwards. (Read more on the Wine Spectators website.)
Don’t miss out on a Grand winetasting – one of our most popular events – or book a tour of the wine cellar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
