The Grand Hotel’s bistro Gambrinus and its restaurant the Grand Matsal boast menus that are blessed by its bountiful surroundings.

Fresh seafood that tastes of the ocean, and game meats and vegetables from the countryside.
Gambrinus is our Lund’s bistro – always abuzz throughout the day and authentically rustic. The Grand Dining Room is a more formal restaurant – with its quiet sophistication, distinctiveness, elegance and charm. Of course, at both you can enjoy international service standards and the finest cuisine and wines.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or a spot of tea in the afternoon, being here is an experience to be shared and savoured.

And enjoy the renowned Skåne milk, yoghurt and jams in a variety of delicious flavours.

At the hot dishes station you’ll find scrambled eggs, salmon pudding, strips of flavourful bacon, baked tomatoes, stews, sausages, chicken drumsticks and plump pancakes with maple syrup. Plus enough waffles, muffins, chocolate cakes and macaroons to delight the world’s biggest dessert fan. Coffee and tea are included in the price.
